Product Description

Kemperol V210 is a polyester resin-based, liquid waterproofing system applied with a fleece reinforcement. It is available as a two-component work pack or in a premixed form as Kemperol V210M consisting of one component plus catalyst powder. It adapts to the structure like a second skin and offers long-term protection down to the last detail – roof parapets, sky lights, ventilation pipes, metal supports and lightning protection rods are integrated in the surface waterproofing - without any seams or joints.

Usage guide

Depending on the nature and condition of the substrate: 2,5 to 3,3` kg/m² depending on layer thickness (refer to Technical Information TI 03 layer thicknesses according to guidelines). Consumption may vary depending up on porosity & nature of substrate.

At +23°C and max. 50% rel. humidity:

Workability time approx. 15 minutes
Rainproof after approx. 30 minutes
Can be walked on after approx. 6 hours
Fully cured after approx. 3 days
Can receive the next coat after approx. 6 hours

PPE

Personal protective equipment should be worn. We recommend a hand protection and skin protection plan adapted to the workplace. Clean the tools immediately after use with KEMCO® MEK Cleaning Agent.
